A servery opens out from the kitchen to the entertainment area, great for the family BBQ. The rumpus room features a pool table, great entertainment for the whole family. Secure fencing has been put in place, allowing peace of mind with the little ones, a special area has been fenced off to keep the kids safe. The swimming pool is also securely fenced, enabling you to truly enjoy your stay.
The master bedroom, situated on the second level includes a Queen-sized bed, double mirrored wardrobes, ensuite, complete with, vanity, shower and toilet. The parents retreat is fantastic, watch the TV in peace or simply relax on the lounge. Bedroom 2 has 1 set of bunks and a single bed, while the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks. Conveniently located upstairs is the main bathroom with shower, fantastic spa bath and vanity. Bedroom 4 is situated downstairs with a queen bed, great for Nan and Pop. Downstairs is the third shower and toilet along with a fully equipped laundry which is handy if you're staying a while - we aim to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The bed linen is bright and happy, to help put you in a holiday mood.

Ideal holiday location for the family - leave the car at home and walk to beach, river or to the cafes and restaurants. Although the garage is not available, there is ample off street parking for car and boat. Set on a large block this property has it all, a inground swimming pool, fully fenced yard - great for the kids, covered entertainment area with outdoor setting and BBQ, pool table in the family room, even an outdoor shower upon your return from the beach. Garden shed is available for guests use.
