This is your typical holiday beach home clean and fresh with polished timber floors, open plan living area with a galley style kitchen, which is beautifully appointed with expansive floor to ceiling windows the entire room is light and bright. Plenty of windows extend along the full length of the entry and sitting area, inviting in the winter sun and summer breezes. A private back yard shaded with native trees creating the perfect haven for the birdlife. Here you can really unwind while enjoying the musical harmony of a large variety of birds.
There are two bedrooms, the main has a double and built-ins, the second has a duo plus a trundle bed. Both are located next to the bathroom which has modern vanity, shower and toilet. There is a large laundry downstairs, (with a second toilet) as well as a carport and a breezeway/covered area. Plenty of room to store your surfboard or fishing gear. Two double gates allow vehicle access with room for a boat or jet skis.
