There is a fully renovated second bathroom downstairs of excellent standard and also a laundry complete with washing machine and dryer (and a Hills Hoist in the back yard). You can relax with a cup of coffee any time of the day on the shady front verandah, and watch the 'river world' go by. A portable BBQ has been provided for relaxing holiday meals. The ultra-modern main bathroom is close by, and has a deep bath, spacious shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, mirrored built-ins and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has plenty of room for the children to relax in, and is equipped with two double bunks and a walk-in wardrobe. (There is also an overhead fan). There is a large fenced back yard, single lock up garage and two driveways with room to park a boat. A public boat ramp is located 300 metres away if you get the urge to go fishing or just have a day out on the water the waterways.

It is also just a few minutes drive to the shopping centre, main surf beach and the prestigious all-weather golf club.

This wonderful holiday home has been decorated with a great sense of colour to help put you in a happy holiday mood. The downstairs living area has beautifuly polished timber floors and the upstairs bedrooms are fully carpeted for extra comfort.

There are heaps of things to do in this beautiful holiday destination, including fishing, swimming, boating, bird watching, exploring the Myall River and Lakes system, as well as surfing and golfing at Hawks Nest just a few minutes away. There are also a lot of great restaurants to try out, some specialising in fresh seafood, an 'award winning' pie shop and some unique coffee shops.
