The open plan living area is stylishly furnished with two comfortable lounges, cane chairs, coffee table and TV/DVD/CD player and opens out onto the garden courtyard, which is a great place for casual summer barbeques. A feature of the living area is a beautiful timber and 'rush' dining suite for six. The ultra modern fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and bench top hot plates. Airconditioning has been installed to make your stay even more comfortable.

Features of Bedroom 1 (which has a garden aspect) includes a beautiful Queen sized bed, floor to ceiling built-ins, large chest of drawers, mirror, TV and video player. An ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity is close by. Bedroom 2 is also Queen sized and is located upstairs. It also has built-ins and side tables and reading lamps. The third bedroom has a duo bed (double on the bottom and single on the top), two foldaway beds, built-ins and side table and reading light. The main bathroom includes a nice deep bath, spacious shower, vanity and toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry, and a dryer is located in the double lock up garage. Beautiful Hawks Nest Surf Beach is within easy walking distance.
